How Lilycove prices work

Where the data comes from

Canadian card stores: Lilycove reads the public websites of 117 Canadian stores and records the cards and sealed products they list, with the store's own title and asking price in CAD. A store listing that has not been seen again within 14 days is not shown as in stock.

eBay: active eBay listings from the eBay Browse API (asking prices, not sold prices).

TCGplayer: daily TCGplayer market prices (USD, converted to CAD) for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece and Star Wars: Unlimited.

What the headline price means

Pokémon cards: "Market" is Lilycove's blended price from recent store listings, eBay listings and TCGplayer market data, shown with a confidence level. Without enough data the page says "Price unavailable".

Other games and sealed products: "Market Price" is TCGplayer's market price from recent sales. "Asking Price" is shown only when a recent sale backs it up; otherwise the page says "No recent sales".

Graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC and others) are never mixed into raw card prices.

What Lilycove does not do

No estimated or filled-in prices: gaps stay gaps. There is no price data from 2026-09-08 to 2026-10-15 because the public archive Lilycove uses was offline.

No paid placements: store order is by price, not by payment.

Lilycove is free and does not sell cards; links go to the store or eBay.
